The hotline is administered by Healing Grove Health Center. Healing Grove Health Center is a 501c3 non-profit healthcare organization. Healing Grove does not operate a residential rehab or discipleship program. Our hotline service, however, does offer referrals to other local Christian discipleship programs for people struggling with substance use issues. We are also able to offer referrals to secular rehab programs by referring clients to the Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services Call Center.
Healing Grove is dependent on generous donors who allow us to provide care to low-income individuals and families in San Jose.
We can give you general information on different programs. However, the person struggling with substance abuse MUST consent to AND desire to enter one of the programs. No one can be forced to enter a Christian discipleship program. Our hotline cannot assist with involuntary placements or holds. Christian discipleship programs will only accept individuals who want and desire life transforming permanent sobriety.
Yes, all of our programs include aftercare and/or transitional housing. Each program differs in length and details.
No! The Christian Rehab Silicon Valley hotline is FREE to call! Some of the residential discipleship programs that we refer to are free, and some have a cost. We can work with you to find the best fit for your particular situation.
No. The Christian discipleship programs are private non governmental programs and do NOT accept insurance.
The residential Christian discipleship programs typically last 6 months to 1 year. Each program is slightly different, and we can explain the different programs to you when you call the hotline. However, the Christian residential disciple programs are typically significantly longer than the secular programs.
Yes! All of the Christian discipleship programs that we refer to have a work component. The programs will help you find a job and help you work towards self sufficiency.
Yes. All of the Christian discipleship programs we refer to require regular drug testing. Participants must be sober throughout the length of their stay within the program. The goal of these programs is long term sobriety.
Maybe. Depending on your particular situation and the requirements of the program that you’re referred to, you may need to go to a detox center before entering the program. Our team can help you determine whether or not you need detox, and refer you to an appropriate medical detox center.
